見た目は、芋を輪切りにしたのをそのまま菓子に加工したかの様。
実際には、芋餡を、生地で巻いてある。
芋のお菓子、との事だが、シナモンの風味が濃く、芋よりシナモンのお菓子、といった感じ。シナモンが苦手、という人にとっては辛いかも。
小振りだが、見た目以上にずっしりしている。
