注文してから5分ほどで、おろしソース・ガーリックソース・わさびソース登場。
そこから5分ほどで、常陸牛入り国産牛100％ハンバーグ(Mサイズ)登場。
熱々の鉄板の上には、常陸牛入り国産牛100％ハンバーグ(200g)。
付け合わせにフレンチフライ・ブロッコリー・にんじん・たまねぎ。
それでは、いただきバーグ！
棒状の常陸牛入り国産牛100%ミンチ肉は、赤色残すレアレアな火入れでもっちりとした肉感と粗挽きによるまるでステーキのような力強い肉感の両方を楽しむことができる仕上がり！
なもののそこは“常陸牛”！
旨味が乏しいのがなんだか惜しいところ。。。
それでも必殺白米マリアージュ発動！
そのまま一気に完食。
