店内はとても広く感じます。サラダバーは所謂ファミレスとは一線を画す、内容豊富な数々。
お店のおすすめは国産牛100%ハンバーグのようで、熱々の鉄板にレアで提供されるので、半分にカットして自分の好みの焼き方でいただけます。
常陸牛のステーキはヒレをミディアムレアで。ソースの他に、ワサビをお願いしました。
鉄板に焼けた石で好みに加減できます。
弾力があり柔らかな常陸牛の良質な旨味と甘味が広がります。正解！美味しいです♪
ハンバーグは食べきれないうちに鉄板と石が冷めてしまって、最後何口かはほぼレアでいただくことになってしまった。結構テンポ良く食べないといけなかったかな。他のサラダバーのアイテムがたくさんで、気を取られてしまいました。
美味しい常陸牛をいただきました。ご馳走様でした。
