例によって「どこか出かけたらとりあえず蕎麦」の我が家は
偕楽園の梅見物ついでに車中で「茨城 水戸 蕎麦」で検索しまくり
こちらのお店にうかがうことに。
梅の前に蕎麦、ということでお店に着いたのが11時ちょい過ぎ。
車もけっこう駐まっているし、中に入るとお店の方が
「2名様ですか？ お座敷なら空いてます」と。
私たちの後に1名のお客さまが案内されて、その後は
「お名前書いてお待ちください」状態でした。
メニューには単品、セットそれぞれいろいろ選択肢がありますが
目に飛び込んできたのは限定20食の「厳選した常陸秋蕎麦の十割そば」980円。
これは絶対外せない。ということで
私は「季節の天ぷらとろろ御膳」の蕎麦を十割にアップグレード（＋200円）。
夫は奥久慈しゃもせいろ＋天丼（小）を。
ここ、美味しいです。
大体硬めに仕上がる十割蕎麦をとても上手に打っていらして
エッジは立っているけれどゴリゴリせず、香りも豊かな十割でした。
夫の二八（たぶん）も喉ごしよく歯切れの良いお蕎麦でした。
しかも、お値段リーズナブル。
「季節の天ぷらとろろ御膳」の品数の多さ、そして質の高さには感動です。
この御膳でここのお店のオススメはほぼ制覇できるという。
とろろも冷や奴もこんにゃく刺しも美味。
そしてデザートについてきた「干し芋のババロア」は絶品！
ぜひまた近くまで来たらリピート必須です。
ごちそうさまでした。
ちなみに我々がお店を出る頃（12時前後）には既にお待ちのお客さまがいっぱい。
