昔々はプラザホテルは那珂川の水府橋の畔にあったのですが、1997年の水害の後に今の県庁の近くに移転しています。今はとても高級感があって綺麗な欧風ホテルです。四川飯店も移転前からあり何度か行ったことがありますが、今回20年以上ぶりの訪問になりました。今回チョイスしたのはセレブランチ（4800円）です。安心割地域応援クーポンのお陰でほとんど出費はありませんでした。前菜はスタンダードな海月やごま豆腐から。フカヒレ入りスープに海鮮炒めにフカヒレ姿煮とどれも高級中華らしい美味しさ。飲茶と汁なし担々麺でお腹いっぱいです。移転前の面影はありませんが、水戸ではほぼ唯一の高級中華店なので重宝しますね。ごちそうさまでした。
