2023年12月8日。土曜日。11時半。
大人の休日倶楽部使って水戸に旅行です。
お初です。
そして地元的オリジナルラーメンのコチラでお昼に。
もちろんお初です。
並び人はいませんでしたが、まだ12時前というのに、もはやカウンター席は地元（らしき）常連さんでいっぱいです。
そんな中、今日の注文は、。
①スタミナラーメンホット普通。
広東麺風甘辛醤油あんかけラーメン。
あんかけは日本風あっさり醤油味。
②スタミナラーメン冷やし普通。
汁なしラーメンです。
具はレバー、キャベツ、カボチャなどなど。
卓上に一味。
これをかけるのが通なのかも。
後半はかけていただきました。
どちらも中華ベースながら、かなり和風なあっさり昭和的あんかけラーメンでした。
地元が仙台のワタシラのDNAにも水戸DNAが少しだけ届きました。
