<初訪問>
この日 友人とのランチで向かった先は 水戸にある『左吉』本店でした。
こちらのお店は ひたちなか市にも店舗があるようです。
友人が数日前に予約を入れてくれていたからなのかな？個室のような部屋に案内されました。
その空間は 照明も明る過ぎず、暗過ぎず、という感じなので、のんびり食事をしたり、お話しをしたりするにはちょうどいい感じ(^^)
ランチメニューは 数種類あり、事前の予約時にお願いしておきました。
【メイン】
☆左吉定食￥2200(税込)
海老チリソース
刺身盛り(鮪の赤身とトロ・海老・ハマチ・イカ)
天婦羅(海老・南瓜・茄子・獅子唐)など。
小鉢(茶碗蒸し)
野菜サラダ
漬物
ご飯(お替り自由)
お味噌汁
という 豪華なラインナップです。
そして、お味の方は…
＊海老チリは 海老がプリプリ♪♪ピリッとした辛味の中、ボリュームもあり、ご飯が進みます！
これまた 、このご飯が とても美味しいんですよ♪思わずお替りお願いしてしまいました(#^.^#)
＊刺身は もちろんすごく新鮮ですね！
どのネタもとても美味しい♪
＊天婦羅も美味しく、天汁と大根下ろしのコンビ。
その中、食感的には海老なのだけれど、形状は三角錐？という 斬新な形に 友人と盛り上がりました(*^^*)
＊茶碗蒸しは 王道の味でした。
途中 お冷や、お茶を注ぎに来てくれたりもしてくれました。
入店時と退店時に、板前さんまでもお声掛けをしてくれたり、と。
初めての『左吉』本店でしたが 想像以上に素敵なお店でした。
お友達や家族と 大切な時間を過ごすのにお勧めなお店です。
