本日は水戸にある佐吉さんでランチをいただきます。
人気店との噂を聞き11:30に駐車場に着けば既に4〜5台の車が来店しております。
早速店内に入れば履き物を脱いで入店するタイプ。
オープンキッチン沿いにカウンター席が連なり、あとはほぼ半個室の作りになっているのでプライバシーも守られる設計になっているのも人気の秘訣かも。
特筆すべきは日替わり定食でも手を抜かず和洋折衷の手の込んだ料理は幸せな気持ちにしてくれます。
この日はシャケのホイル焼きに鶏肉とニンニクの芽炒めですが、どちらをとっても美味しく素材や調理にも妥協を感じません。
ご飯のおかわりも自由との事ですがおかわりするのも申し訳ないくらいのハイコスパを感じてしまうのは自分だけでしょうか？
知人の話では夜は居酒屋となり、店内は更に賑わいを見せるとの事ですが、ランチメニューから既にその理由にうなづけます。
こんなお店が近くにあったらなー、と感じずにはいれない今回のランチは知人の紹介でしたが、地域の実力店は今や口コミであっという間に広がる時代なのかな？と感じました。
