創業40年を超える常陸牛専門店。
食肉卸業者「茨城食肉株式会社」直営のレストランで、常陸牛指定推奨店。

＜料理＞
■特選常陸牛 赤身薄切焼き肉ランチ…税込1350円
毎週水曜日のランチタイム限定メニュー。
常陸牛の赤身肉（100g）に、ライス、味噌汁、キムチ、サラダ、小鉢、ソフトドリンクが付きます。
ちなみに、水曜限定の焼肉ランチメニューは全3種類ありますが、お肉の量はどれも同じで100g。
メニューが絞られているので提供までの時間は短く、着席して注文を済ませてから3分程で配膳。
ただ、注文してから提供までは早かったものの、到着時満席で席が空くまで15分程待ちましたが。
綺麗なサシが入り見るからに美味しそうな常陸牛。
12枚分程あり、薄切りのためか100gでもボリュームがありそうに見えます。
もも肉と思われ、やわらかくて旨味もあり、甘辛いタレで和えてあるので焼き終えてからタレを付けなくても十分に美味しい。
サラダはグリーンカールと紫キャベツ、パプリカで、食べにくいくらい盛り盛り。
小鉢は大豆もやしやニンジンのナムル。
キムチはお店オリジナルの手作りキムチで、これが結構美味しい。
味噌汁はワカメと長ネギ入り。
ライスは小振りなお茶碗一杯分で、+50円で大盛りにすることも可能。
ソフトドリンクはコーヒーや紅茶、ジュース類10種類以上から選べ、食前食後も選択可能。
並んででも食べたいランチです。
