朝食ブッフェ
こちらのホテルに泊まり、朝食ブッフェを利用しました。
朝食会場は、３階にあるレストラン・イル バンカーレ。
お店のガラス越しに水戸駅南口が間近に見えます。
この日は平日でしたが、昨夜部屋の中で備え付けられていた館内の案内を見ると、朝食時間は6時30分からのところ、シェフの作るオムレツの提供は7時からとなっていました。
しかし、さんざん飲んだ翌朝でしたので、オムレツをオーダーするのを忘れてしまいました。残念。
さて、ブッフェには和洋のメニューがありましたが、茨城が感じられるメニューとして、普通の納豆に加えてそぼろ納豆があったり、梅干しや刺身こんにゃくがありました。
つけけんちん汁の蕎麦があり、茨城ならでは。良いですね！
やはり、地方のホテルにはその地方ならではのメニューがあると嬉しいです。

さて、この日は水戸駅南口にあるホテルテラスザガーデン水戸のレストラン・イル バンカーレでランチ。
R3.5.31までのB1昇格おめでとう企画で、お得にランチできるそうなので行ってみました。
お得なランチは、限定10食のシェフおまかせランチセット。1000円でいただけます。
最初に、前菜、カップサラダ、スープ、パンが到着。
コーンポタージュはなめらか、クリーミー。
サラダには鴨肉が乗せられていて。
前菜を食べているとビールが欲しくなります。
パンは2種ありました。
そしてメインのパスタ。
この日は、鴨のミートボールとベーコンのトマトソース。
トマトの程よい酸味、そしてさらり食べやすいソースでショートパスタをいただきます。
スパイスによりちょっと刺激もあって。
鴨のミートボールはじんわりと旨味が広がって。
これまたワインが飲みたくなります。
さすがホテルメイドの美味しさ。
お得なランチに満足でした♪
