洋朝食には卵料理有り。
□11月13日 しばしば利用。
当ホテル、お部屋、ロケーションはとても快適で、中浴場まであるので宿泊は満足出来ます。wi-fiはほぼ使えませんが。
前々回は黄門御膳という和朝食で品数は多く且つコンパクトで食べやすいんですが卵料理が無いことが不満なので、前回はホテルの部屋から見える向かいの「すき屋」さんで朝食を摂りました。
今回は洋朝食を頂いてみることにしました。
☆洋朝食
コンパクトに纏められていて、それぞれの味付けは上品な仕上がりで全て頂いても食べ過ぎた感は無く、量は丁度良いくらいです。また和朝食に比べ塩分量も少なく感じるので身体に優しいかもです。
あと、中華粥があるので次回はどーしょーかなと悩むところです。

精進料理のような黄門朝御膳。

仕方ないですね。普段通りの朝食提供が出来ないなか、満足してもらうには難しさがあります。そんな中でも各ホテルさんは様々な工夫を凝らしてきますが、リスク回避で最初から提供を止めるよりは余程素晴らしいです。
和と洋の二者択一では必ず和にします。
☆黄門朝御膳
ご覧の通り、お上品というか、見た瞬間に冴えない感があります。卵料理もありません。動物性タンパク質は真ん中にありますが、ペラペラの魚をちっこいアラレの衣が纏ってる感じです。
後は、(高級感ある)豆腐、湯葉、ガンモのような揚げ豆腐、刺身こんにゃく、豆腐の茶碗蒸しなど…お酒のつまみにもなりませんねー。病院食って、多分こんな感じなんだろうな、などと思って頂きました。
身体にはとても良いですが、自分には馴染まないだろう朝御膳でした。

黄門朝御膳に続き、先月は洋朝食、今回は中華粥を選択してみました。
中華粥と"和"粥と何が違うのかは、元々中華粥は初めて頂くのでわかりません。僅かな薬味も何なのかさっぱりわかりませんでした。
ちっこい揚げパンのような切れ端も、さて何の為にあるのかな。
朝からパンチが欲しいわけではありませんが、なんか寂しいとゆう反面、お粥は食べた感とお腹が重くならないので満足でした。
