全ての料理が臭くて、酸味が強かった。
初めの前菜のパテもシーフードのマリネも腐敗臭の様な臭い。
アクアパッツァの魚は柔らかすぎるし、臭いし、冷凍焼けした感じでした。
カプレーゼのトマトも古いためか皮がブニョブニョ。チーズに至っては、古すぎて味さえしない。
付け合せの生野菜に至っては萎れている。
おそらく前菜の料理は作り置きして冷蔵庫に入れてるから、どんどん品質が落ちてるんだと思う。
せっかくのお肉もソースの味が異常に酸味が強すぎて、ソースが傷んでいるのではと思わせる程酷い。
水戸駅真ん前なのに、食事してるお客様はこちらを入れて2組のみ。
お客様は知っているんですよね。
わざわざ食べログ見て来たのに、このお店を選んだ自分自身に反省しかない。
しっかり当たり前の、お金払うので言わせてもらいます。
ここの支配人の方に是非食べて事実を知って頂きたい。
私の知る限り、これ程酷いホテルレストランは無い。
