土曜日夜22時頃訪問。先客7名で後客3名、駐車場は店前に数台分あります。

遅くまでやってる貴重なラーメン屋さん。メニューも豊富で悩みましたが「水戸商業（高校）×浜田屋コラボ」なつけ麺にしました。後で知りましたが売り上げの一部が能登半島地震災害の義援金になるそうです。
茨城ご当地なみぞれラーメンのつけ麺です。
みぞれラーメンはかすみがうら市のがんこやさんが発祥だったと記憶しています。
こってりスープに大根おろしと梅でさっぱりを加えたもので、個人的にも好きです。
スープは塩ベース。
2種のネギに刻んだチャーシュー、たっぷり入った背脂で熱々です。
麺はツルッとした中太麺。
麺側に半玉、メンマ、海苔2枚、チャーシュー。
そして大根おろし、大葉、梅です。
大根おろしと梅を取っておくことで序盤はコッテリ塩つけ麺、後半はサッパリみぞれつけ麺と2度楽しめました。
みぞれのつけは初めてでしたが、これはなかなか。
美味しく満腹でした。
