以前から何度も水戸駅南より１０分くらいのところにある「高野屋」という「九州ラーメン」というところには何回かお邪魔していましたので、なにか違いがあるのかと思い伺いました。
「高野屋」さんで聞いたことがあったのですが、「なぜ、とんこつラーメンには細麺なのですか？」と。もともと、市場で出していたもので、市場の方は替え玉を注文するので、早くゆであがるようにというお話でした。
ので、早くでてくるのかなと思っていた割には、なんか時間がかかっているなと。。。麺は芯が残っている感じで、おまけに半熟玉子は忘れられているし。。。（私が注文したのは「とんこつ屋台ラーメン、５５０円です）
一緒の方が注文したのは、「こてこて味噌ラーメン」。ひき肉でもこま切れ肉でも、肉類が入っていればもう少しインパクトがあったのにと残念そうでした。
好みは人それぞれ。。。おいしいものが見つかるといいですよね。
