近くに出来た某豚骨ラーメンのチェーン店と比較してみたくて、「九州ラーメン 元吉田」に来てみました。
店内入って左手にある食券機で、"とんこつチャーシューメン(900円)"を間違って押してしまった(^^;) 本当はとんこつ屋台ラーメン680円＋替玉にしようとしたんですが、ま、自分のミスなんで…(＞＜)
麺の固さをバリカタで注文して、着丼まで15分掛かりました。店内には7名居たんですが、正直店員さんは、あまり急いでる感じがありませんでした(-_-)
着丼したラーメンを見ると、豚バラチャーシューが4枚、海苔、ネギ、刻みきくらげ、味玉1/2個と、オーソドックスなトッピング。
麺は、極細ストレートで、サクッとした食感が良くて、スープはミルキーな感じ。本場の九州で食べるものとの、かなり違います。豚骨のガツンとした風味が薄くて、マイルド。
紅生姜を入れると、少し味が絞まっていいんですが、黒マー油を入れても美味しいと思いました^_^
チャーシューは柔らかく、ホロホロと解れるんですが、これも豚肉の風味が少し弱い感じがしました。あの豚骨ラーメン屋さん独特の店外から豚臭い感じがするようなお店では無かったです( ´Д`)y━･~~
近くのチェーン店が断然美味しいんですが、普通の豚骨ラーメンが680円と、本場の価格に近いのは魅力的ですが、ちょっとサービスが遅いのは残念です。
