茨城県水戸市のラーメン屋さんです。
カウンターのみ9席、店内の待ち合い席は4席、でも店外に待ち客５人ほど。
回転はわりとよいので平日ならタイミングによってすんなり入れるときもあるのかも。
いただいたのは塩ラーメン。『ラーメン』と迷いましたがスープの旨味をストレートに味わえそうなこちらをチョイス。
白湯スープはめっちゃクリーミーで濃厚な旨味、表面の透明感はコラーゲンかな。魚介の風味もほどよく品のいい美味しさ。
角切りの麺は加水ほどよくパツッとしていながらツルモチ感もあってこちらもまた美味。全体に完成度高いな～。
梅肉は箸休めにいい感じだけどスープとは混ぜたくないかなぁ。これがいらないラーメン《醤油味》が気になるところですね。
とっても美味しい鶏白湯ラーメン、ごちそうさまでした～o(^o^)o
