なかなかこの付近に行くことが少なく初めて利用させていただきました。外で並んでる人は一人。店で食券購入に連動して注文は入るシステム。ハコは小さくて、これは並ぶでしょう。
つけ麺並(880)に低温調理チャーシュー(150)をオーダー。
つけ汁はIHヒーターであたためて煮立つころが食べごろ。ここのつけ汁は玉ねぎやらチャーシューやら具沢山です。麺は多加水っぽい太麺だからつけ麺には最適です。味の濃さも丁度いいです。スープ割りも美味しいぞ！
