茨大近くの国道123号沿いにあるお店で開店直後に行きましたがカウンターは満席で10分ほど待ってカンターにつけました。
食べたのはつけ麺900円です。まずつけ汁が最初の配膳されるので席毎にあるIHで温めて麺を待ちます。
つけ汁は濃厚な感じの鶏系、魚介系の両方を感じもので醤油や味噌の感じなく独得ですが麺とのからみも良く美味しいです。ライムが付いてくるので途中で絞って味変しましたがよりスッキリした感じになりますし、卓上に魚粉や一味があるのでそれでも味変できます。つけ汁の具材はちょっと硬めの短冊型のチャーシュー、ネギ、メンマで、麺の上にゆで卵が半分です。
麺は極太よりちょっと細目の中太ストレートでコシが強く表面が滑らかなもので小麦粉の風味が良く麺だけでも非常に美味しいです。
