平日の閉店前に訪問。店舗の真隣に駐車場が8台分ありますが、分かりにくくて一度通り過ぎました。笑
閉店直前にも関わらずカウンター満席、壁際の席に着きました。
辛塩つけめん 950円
各席にIHヒーターが設置されています。
麺より先につけ汁が登場、グツグツさせながら待ちます。
ツヤツヤな麺は口触り良し、食感良し。美味しい。
ピリ辛な塩つけ汁はしっかりとした味わい。
冷めてもすぐに温められる安心感。
プルっとしたチャーシュー好き。美味しい。
魚粉の味変、割スープともに絶品です。
サラッと完食してしまいました。
