5年ぶりの訪問。
14時過ぎに伺い待ち有り。
私で終了との事で ギリギリセーフ。
15分程で案内。
店内は カウンター9席のみ。
着丼
まずはつけ汁から提供され カウンターに埋め込まれたIHヒーターにて温めて待ちます。
温めているとジャストタイミングで麺がお出まし。
スープは鶏白湯に魚介が利いた味わい。
こってり過ぎず以外とサラっとした口当たり。
ピリっとした辛味が食欲をそそる。
麺は太ストレート麺。
ツルっとした舌触りで コシがありモッチリとした食感の麺は つけ汁とも良く絡む。
具材は チャーシュー・メンマ・茹で玉子半分・ネギ。
つけ汁が冷めてもIHヒーターで 自分て温め直せるのが良いですね。
