9月中旬のお昼に訪問。先客3名、後客13名。
水戸市の激安ランチ巡り。
ビルの2階にあったので、少し戸惑いました。
安いランチはあるかな？
入ると、「お好きな席へどうぞ～」とご案内。
お冷やと紙お絞りが到着。
そのまま、Ａランチをお願いします。
その他、ラーメン、とんかつ、パスタ、チャーハン、ハンバーグ、丼物と多様です。
家族連れや女性客も入りやすいアットホームな店内。
次から次へと来客が多数です。
少しして、到着。
ハンバーグ、イカフライ、サラダ、茄子の煮物、お新香、味噌汁の構成。
味噌汁は確りとお出汁の効いた豆腐とワカメです。
次にハンバーグを。
生姜が香る甘ショッパな醤油タレに焼き目の付いたハンバーグは外側がカリッとして、中のお肉はホロッと崩れます。
おっ、美味しい！
ご飯が欲しくなります。
上に載った茄子には、タレや肉の旨味が染み込んでいて、旨し。
コロンと厚みがあるので、見た目以上にボリュームを感じます。
イカフライはタルタルソースのコクに衣がサクッとして、中のイカはとても柔らか。
タルタルソースが滅茶苦茶に合いますね。
これもご飯が進みます。
3キレあり、量も充分です。
付け合わせのサラダは、キャベツ、オクラ、ニンジンで、酸味が強めなドレッシング掛け。
最後にハンバーグのタレを付けたら、特に美味しかったです。
茄子の煮物は冷たくて、よく味が染みています。
キュウリの漬物はサッパリ。
あっという間に完食。
味にも大満足の激安ランチでした。
ボリュームは個人的には丁度良く、人気なのも納得です。
これはラーメンも期待ができるのかな？
