水戸でも人気があり、名前も知れてる店だと思う。
しかし平日のランチタイムしか営業してないうえ
いつも行列しているので、サラリーマンには
入店のハードルがやや高い店でもある。
店名にとんかつとつくものの、やはりこちらの
人気NO1はチョウセン焼だろうと思う。
豚バラと玉ねぎ、白ネギ、ピーマン、人参などを
甘辛いタレで炒めたチョウセン焼。
これが悪魔的に白飯に合う。個人的に白飯に
合うおかずが、普通の人より少ない自分には
ダントツの1位と言っても過言ではない。
たぶん家庭で似たようなもの作っても
ちっとも美味くないものができるだろう(笑)
中華屋の炒め物を真似できないのと一緒だ。
ボリュームも満点で昼食とは思えぬ程満腹になる。
値段は2024年1月現在で1350円と、サラリーマン
のランチにしてはやや贅沢と言えるが、
満足度はかなり高いのではないか。
前述の通り、いろいろな意味でしょっちゅうは
食べられないけど、また遠くない日に食べに行く！
