GWに帰省してお土産で頂きました。もうかれこれ10数年で100回ぐらい食べているアーモンドケーキ。このお店の定番品です。
アーモンドとケーキ生地の相性と甘みも丁度よくて大好きなケーキです。
冷蔵庫に入れて少し冷えた感じが美味しいですね。アイスコーヒーと一緒に頂きました。
