あっさり醤油らーめん
市内に数軒ある「浜田屋」出身のお店。
ここ数年は 年始営業時に利用させて頂いてます。
着丼
王道のビジュアル。
多めのスープ。
今時 スープの少ないお店が多いですよね〜。
一口飲むと とてもあっさりした味です。
醤油・出汁の加減が程良く あっさりはしているけど 物足りなさは全然感じない。
グビグビ飲み続けてしまう。
細縮れ麺は固めの茹で加減。
この麺 好きです。
この手の麺を使ってるお店 少なくなった気がします。
勿論 スープとの相性もバッチリです。
具は チャーシュー・海苔・メンマ・ナルト・ほうれん草・ネギと王道。
たまに無性に食べたくなる一杯。

1年ぶりの訪問。
開店直後に伺い待ち無く入店。
店内は カウンター8席 4人掛けテーブル✕1
着丼
澄んだスープを一口。
優しい塩味で 塩のカドも無く円やかな飲み口。
鶏や香味野菜の旨味が穏やかに加わる事で あっさりながらも飲み飽きないスープ。
麺は細めの縮れ麺。
このスープにはこの麺だよね～的な麺。
茹で加減が良く 噛んだ食感とスープとの相性がバッチリ。
具材は チャーシュー・メンマ・ナルト・ほうれん草・小梅・白髪ネギ・ネギ・胡麻。
