ネット情報で人気と言われる、塩ラーメンとチャーハンセットを注文。注文自体は、醤油か、こてこて醤油が多いようです。お店は、ほぼ満席。人気店のようです。
店内を見渡すと、往年のジャンプの人気作家の直筆と見られる色紙が複数飾られていました。また、なぜかかなりの数の仮面ライダーのフィギュアが飾られていました。そして、漫画家の聖地と書かれた漫画が。これは、マスターにお伺いしてみるのもいいですね。
塩ラーメンは、特徴は白髪ネギと酢つけの梅がはいったあっさり系のスープ。麺は細麺ながらもちもちと食感の良いストレート麺でした。スープにも合ってます。良い意味で万人受けする味だと思います。スープの濃さは、最初は物足りないくらいですが、食べ終わる頃には丁度良い具合になっていました。和食か。
チャーハンは、パラパラねウマウマ。プロの味です。これは、素人には難しい。こちらも、私は大好きな味です、
今度は醤油も試してみたいと思います。
