水戸市役所の近くにあるラーメン屋さんです。
2004年の鹿児島ラーメンチャンピオンシップで優勝したラーメンが食べれるとのことで訪問してみましたよ。
本店は鹿児島県鹿屋市。ここ水戸店は茨城県で唯一の店舗。
カウンターメインでテーブル席も少々あり。
メニューは塩ラーメンとトンコツラーメン。トッピングの差で各々4種類ほどがラインナップ。
優勝メニューはぱしゃ塩ラーメンです。コチラを注文。お値段は700円。それとチャーシュー飯も追加。コチラはお値段350円。
10分ほどで到着したのがコチラです。
黄色い中太麺に透き通った塩スープ。
トッピングはチャーシュー×2枚、モヤシ、刻み青ネギ、胡麻、大葉、梅干し。
スープはあっさりながら旨味もあり。
優しい味でしつこさは全くない。
美味しいけど、かなり物足りなさもある。
まったく鹿児島がイメージできないラーメンです。だけど、このラーメンがチャンピオンなのね〜。
チャーシュー飯は角切りのゴロチャー、ネギ、刻み海苔、胡麻、マヨネーズが具の御飯です。かなりジャンキーですが、美味しいんです。
あっさりのラーメンとは対照的な、コッテリ系の御飯ですね。
美味しいラーメンでしたが、鹿児島ラーメンで優勝したことは正直あまり実感できませんでした。
ごちそうさまでした。
