鹿児島県鹿屋市に本店を構えるラーメン屋さん。
塩ラーメンは、天然の内モンゴル産かん水を使用した熟成の麺と、鶏ガラや豚骨などを煮込んだあっさりとしたスープが特徴です梅干しがトッピングされており、食べる前に半分、後に半分食べるのが通だそうです。
スープは透き通っていてコクがあり麺はコシが強くてツルツルしていて美味しい 。ご馳走様でした。
