7年ぶりの訪問。
鹿児島に本店があるお店。
12時30分頃伺い待ち無く入店。
店内は カウンター5席 2人掛けテーブル✕2 4人掛けテーブル✕2
「トマトラーメン」などの限定も気になりますが「鹿児島ラーメンチャンピオンシップ」優勝の上記をオーダーして驚いたのは 7年前と値段が変わらない。
コスパが良いのか? 以前の価格設定が高かったのか?
着丼
スープを一口。
塩気が抑えめの円やかな口当たり。
動物系ベースに魚介が加わるスープは あっさりとしているが適度な旨味とコクもあり 飲み続けてしまう美味しさ。
梅干・フライドガーリックが良いアクセントに。
麺はストレート細麺。
「九州豚骨ラーメン」に良く使われる麺。
パツっと歯切れが良くスープとの絡みも良好。
具材は チャーシュー・モヤシ・梅干・フライドガーリック・ネギ・大葉。
個人的にはモヤシは無くても良いかな〜。
