「鹿児島ラーメンチャンピオンシップで優勝」という看板に惹かれて初来店しました。
ぱしゃ塩ラーメンが一番人気のようです。
今回は塩チャーシューめん大盛とチャーシュー飯を注文しました。
約10分で着丼。
スープは透き通った優しい塩味です。
梅干しを半分かじってから食べ始め、〆に残りを食べると書いてあったのでその手順でいただきました。
麺は少し柔らかめです。
チャーシューは焼酎漬けでとても柔らかくなっています。
混ぜていただくとほのかにしその香りもあってとても食べやすいと思いました。
チャーシュー飯は細かくしたチャーシューに特製タレをかけて炒めてあるそうで、濃すぎず薄すぎずちょうど良いと思います。
サイドをご飯物にしましたが、餃子の方が他では食べられなさそうなので、餃子を注文すれば良かったと思いました。
