水戸市笠原町にあるトンカツ屋さんだよ。茨城県庁からほど近い場所にあります。
さて、コチラのお店では茨城県が誇るブランド豚「ローズポーク」を使ったトンカツを食べることができるんです。ちょっと期待。
メニューラインナップは豊富。トンカツがメインだがトッピングの種類が多いね。
基本のロースカツ定食は1500円。特選ロースカツ定食だと2200円です。
自分は納豆＋梅＋大根おろしがトッピングされた納豆梅おろし 特選ロースカツ定食を注文です。お値段は2500円。
到着したのがコチラです。
おおっ！ インスタ映えしそうなトンカツだね。
厚切りロースカツの上に大根おろし→梅→納豆の順番でオンしている。
納豆に味がついていてソースは不要だ。
ロースカツと納豆の旨さが合う！ 梅で後味もサッパリだ。いけてますよ〜。
そもそもカツ自体がハイレベルな旨さなんだよな。さすがローズポーク。塩だけで食べるのもありなんじゃないかな。トッピングをプラスした場合は特選じゃなくて廉価なロースカツで十分かも。
そんなこんなでお腹いっぱいに。
