会社の仲間で飲み会をひらくことになりました。美味しいお肉が食べたい！との声があがり、仲間のひとりが当店を予約してくれました。
繁華街からちょっと入った場所にあります。仲間が知っていなければ時間がかかっていたかもしれません。隠れ家に行くみたいで楽しみです。
お店に入ります。丁寧に挨拶され出迎えてくれます。和の空間がひろがって、いいですね。
常陸牛のしゃぶしゃぶ懐石・ステーキ懐石、金目鯛のしゃぶしゃぶ懐石等々がありましたが、
予約時に常陸牛のすきやき懐石をお願いしていました。（￥５５００）
先付け、お造り、おいしかった。
すきやきです。お肉を見せてもらいましたが、見事なサシです。美しいです。
もてなしてくれた女性の方が、最初だけではなく、最後まで焼いてとりわけてくれます。
そして、卵もかきまぜて出してくれます。普段自分で卵をまぜても白身の部分が目に付きますが
きれいにまぜられています。お見事です。
お肉、文句なく美味しい。味付けが絶妙ですね。お肉以外も野菜類など美味しいです。私的には
ごぼうが気に入りました。
残ったお汁にうどんを入れていただきました。あとはフルーツ。
帰りは、見えなくなるまで女性の方々のお見送りです。
お腹も心も大満足です。楽しい夜でした。
