Visited with a client. It's getting colder from autumn to winter, so I chose Sukiyaki for the first time in a while. I ordered Hitachi beef sukiyaki kaiseki. After the appetizer, I poured two glasses of draft beer over the sashimi platter and changed to sake. The Hitachi beef grilled in beef fat was served to the table with warishita sauce. After diving it into the raw egg, I took a bite and it was delicious! The meat melted. I reset my mouth with a cold Hakkaisan sake. The sake was also great! I had meat, green onions, enoki mushrooms, and tofu, and then changed to highball. I finished with udon noodles and dessert. It consists of counter seats and three private rooms. It can be used for entertaining, meetings, anniversaries, etc. Personally, I would like to eat lean meat with less marbling. They also have highballs of unknown brands. The glasses were black Nikka. *The restaurant cooks and serves Sukiyaki in the corner of the private room. The staff are well trained.
