ちょっと気になった中華料理店(水戸)
水戸市の駅南平和公園の横に位置する中華料理店。前をちょいちょい車で通り気になってました。
ランチは11時半からです。ランチ開始と同時に突入。日替わりの豆乳担々麺とネギご飯セット(800)。早速運ばれてきた担々麺は胡麻を自分で擦り担々麺にかける形式。担々麺は中細縮れ麺。辛さも痺れも普通レベル。豆乳のおかげでマイルドになりすぎパンチのない担々麺となっている。ネギご飯は家でオヤジの簡単手料理みたいに出されたら「意外にいけるね」で済むがメニューとしては正直どうなのかな？ライス付きでそれがちょい足しアレンジと思えば納得できるかも。

大雨の中で会社の同僚と二人で訪問。
ランチで一度利用しただけでしたが坦々麺はパンチを欠いたイメージ。夜のアラカルトをあてにビールとハイボールを楽しみました。
●干し貝柱と大根サラダ 前菜の中ではオススメの一品。干し貝柱の塩っ気が大根や人参とフィットしてます。
●小籠包 そこまで熱々ではなかったがジューシーで旨味抜群。定番もいけてます。
●大海老のカリカリマヨネーズ和え オススメメニューなだけに美味しかった。海老プリプリ。しかし二つで1200円はやや割高？
●油淋鶏 これは旨いし。ボリュームもバッチリ。マストメニュー。
●ゆで豚のガーリックがけ さっぱりのゆで豚に胡瓜をオンした中華の定番メニュー。もう少し辛味を期待したがこれはこれでOK。
●五目焼きそば 白菜、青梗菜、中華クラゲ、筍、イカ、うずらの卵。想定通りの美味しい中華風焼きそばでした。
ハズレの全くない中華アラカルトの数々。ややアルコール類が割高なので次回はコース&飲み放題で臨みたい。
