モッツァレラ、チェダー、エグモント、ゴルゴンゾーラを使用した「クワトロフォルマッジ」 : Jori Pasuta

I love meat, so I'm happy with the meaty sauce. It was originally topped with a milky cheese that seems to be Grana Padano, but adding Parmesan cheese from the table made it even richer and more delicious. The pasta was not boiled al dente, but it was still firm and not bad. It was a more satisfying pasta than I expected. [b:■Carbonara...979 yen including tax] ・Calories...867kcal Carbonara based on a Japanese-style cream sauce. It was topped with bacon and cheese that seems to be Grana Padano. I haven't tried it yet, so I don't know the details, but it seems to have been delicious. [b:■Arrabiata...869 yen including tax] ・Calories...650kcal Arrabiata with sausage, salami, and bacon. There is a higher-level menu item called "Super Spicy Arrabiata," so this one is not too spicy. It is an easy-to-eat spicy Arrabiata. [b:■Kids Meat Sauce (with drink bar)...759 yen including tax] ・Calories...693kcal A menu with a drink bar that can be ordered by elementary school students and younger. The drink bar is included for the same price as the regular size "Meat Sauce." If elementary school students add the drink bar ("Junior Drink Bar"), it costs 132 yen including tax, so it is a good deal. However, since the drink bar is free for children under elementary school age, there is no advantage to ordering the kids menu. I haven't eaten it yet, so I don't know the details, but it seems to have been quite delicious. It says "You can replace the garlic toast with butter," so it seems you can have it without garlic. I haven't tried it, so I don't know the details of the taste, but it seems to have been delicious. [b:■Melty cheese... 275 yen including tax] ・Calories... 277 kcal Melty cheese that can be ordered as a set with a dish. It is served in a ceramic pot with a spout, so you can pour as much cheese as you like on your favorite dish. It is filled with plenty of melted cheese with no peculiar taste, and is an irresistible option for cheese lovers. [b:■ Italian Cuisine pudding... 286 yen including tax] ・Calories... 243 kcal A dolce made of Italian Cuisine pudding with caramel and whipped cream on top. The dense, slightly firm texture that is typical of Italian Cuisine pudding is a delight. Unfortunately, the whipped cream was not made from 100% animal fat but from vegetable fat. I felt that the whipped cream was not necessary, but the pudding itself was delicious.

1971年山口県にて創業のパスタ専門店。
元々は広島県や山口県にある自動車ディーラーを中心とした企業グループ「卜部グループ」の
代表である卜部博文が「日曜日の憩いとなる店を作りたい」との願いから、
グループ傘下のトヨタカローラ山口の子会社として誕生させた外食企業。
2007年よりゼンショーの連結子会社に。

＜料理＞
■削りグラナパダーノとベーコンのトマトソース…税別590円
・640kcal
長さ3～4cm程の厚切りベーコン入りのトマトソースパスタ。
削りたてのイタリア産グラナパダーノとフレッシュバジルの葉がのっています。
使用しているグラナパダーノはイタリアの品質認定D.O.P.(保護指定原産地表示)を取得したものとのこと。
パルミジャーノ・レッジャーノに比べるとあっさりとしているのでしょうが、
削りたてでふわふわのグラナパダーノは量も多く十分濃厚。
使用しているパスタはスパゲッティかスパゲッティーニかといった太さで、
表面がツルツルのリシャタイプ。
以前は乾麺の状態で120gでしたが、現在もそうなのかは未確認。
アルデンテではありませんが、茹で過ぎでもなくプリプリしており、
ファミレスとしては十分な茹で加減。
このお値段でしたらCPも悪くないと思います。


■森のたまごの手作りカルボナーラ…税別790円

埼玉県鴻巣市に本社のあるイセ食品の「森のたまご」を使用したカルボナーラ。
黒胡椒を掛けていただきます。
料理名には出てきませんが、
こちらも削りたてのイタリア産グラナパダーノが振りかけてあります。
長さ3～4cm程の厚切りベーコンは、
「削りグラナパダーノとベーコンのトマトソース」で使用しているものと同じと思われ、
ジューシーさはあまりないものの塩気がちょうど良く量も多め。
卵黄の味も濃く、グラナパダーノのコクも加わり濃厚で美味しい。
こちらも「削りグラナパダーノとベーコンのトマトソース」と同じパスタでしたが、
もっと太めで表面にザラつきのあるルヴィダタイプだったらより濃厚なソースが絡んで美味しいだろうな…
と思いながらいただきました。


■ピッツァ・カルボナーラ…税別790円
・756kcal
ビスマルクのように玉子がのったローマ風の薄焼きピッツァで、直径28cm程と思われます。
ピッツァはお会計所脇に設置されている釜で焼きあげているので、
焼きあげる様子を見ることができます。
残念ながら、焼きが甘く、生焼けではないものの粉っぽさが感じられる部分があり、
このお値段のピッツァの出来としてはどうなのかな…と。
やはりパスタ屋ではパスタを食べるべきなのでしょうね。
