茨城県の親戚から来家前日に宅急便が頂いたので…。
【味】
●常陸牛＆ローズポーク『IFFA金銀受賞茨城そだちセット』 ４０００円？
親戚が来家した際に、『知ってた？』と言うので、『知ってるよ。ただし私が日頃買って
いるのは別の店で、常磐牛以外にホエイ豚を扱っているので、そこから買っている』と伝
えました。(私的には、ホエイ豚の味噌漬けも好きなのです)
品質が高く、旨みが乗っているので美味しいですよ～。
※本店は、「第1回茨城おみやげコンクール」優秀賞受賞・ドイツのIFFA（国際食肉機械専
門見本市）にて金銀賞受賞した高級銘柄「常陸牛」専門店です。
類似店のハムでは、御殿場の『ニの岡ハム』が有名で、雑然とした店舗なのに、この時期
は朝から行列が絶えない店です。
