水戸に出張の帰り道、ちょうど晩御飯時なので一人飯敢行。
この日は水戸市内でも人気の四川料理店のけやき台にあるコチラを訪問しました｡
ロケーション的には水戸南IC近くです。
平日の19時過ぎ、コロナ禍もあってか３割程度の先客。
夜はセットメニューはなさそうなので、アラカルトで。
真蛸のサラダ、黒酢豚、エビニラ餃子を注文。
真蛸のサラダも蛸の和え方がよく前菜から料理に期待感。
黒酢豚は豚肉が細切りの珍しい酢豚。
野菜もたっぷり入っていて、盛りが良く彩り鮮やかです。
黒酢もしっかり効いて美味しい一皿です。
エビニラ餃子も程よいしっとり感で美味しかったです。
最初の訪問でしたが、３品を頂いて、他のメニューもチャレンジしたくなります。
続き再訪時ですね。
