麻婆豆腐に珍しい塩味だが、これが絶品。四川料理らしく辛めで、しかも熱々だが、汗をかきつつ食べ進めると、あっという間に完食してしまう。リピート決定。
-感想
美味しい麻婆豆腐屋があると聞き、伺った。なんでも名物は塩味の麻婆豆腐らしく、迷わずチョイス。
熱々の鍋で出てきた麻婆豆腐をスプーンで混ぜると、底から塩らしい餡が出てくる。よく混ぜて食べるとこれがなんとも美味しく、辛めの麻婆豆腐だが、ライスがどんどん進む。知人にもオススメでき、是非また伺いたい。
