水戸市内にあるお蕎麦屋さんです。グルービー水戸店からほど近い場所なんですが、大通りから奥まったところにあり目立たない立地ですね。自分は平日のランチで利用してみたのですが、駐車場に車が多数停まっており、店内もお客さんでいっぱいでした。人気のお店みたいですよ。
着席してメニューの確認です。
各種そば類の他に天丼とのセットやモツ煮とのセットなどもありますよ。天丼は野菜天丼と海老天丼があり。野菜天丼とのセットが人気みたいですね。自分は野菜天丼とのセットである。玄喜セット注文しました。
玄喜セット 1050円
到着したのがコチラです。
もりそばと天丼ですね。どちらか一方はミニサイズなのが常道なんですが、出てきたのはどちらも一人前です。天丼の方が若干ちっちゃいかな。
また、もりそばのボリュームがいい感じですね。ちょろちょろっと盛られている蕎麦屋も多々あるのですが、こちらはドーンなボリュームです。水戸市内では、この手のボリューミーな盛りそばのお店がたまにあります。
天丼はタレに潜らせた天ぷらなので、衣のサクサク感はあまり感じないんですが、タレでしっかり味がついてるので美味しいですね。
蕗の薹なのかなぁ。山菜の天ぷらが特に美味しかったですよ。
もりそばはボリュームがありつつも、そば自体はしっかりとおいしいです。細めで喉越しの良いおそばですね。
お隣さんはおそばの大盛りを注文したみたいで、とんでもボリュームでしたよ。
このお店の人気はそばの盛りの良さが要因だね。がっつりそばを食べたい人にはお勧めのお店です。
