水戸駅北口から4分くらいのところにある年季の入った町中華の晴華に初入店。20時半近くで閉店間際だったのでアルコールの注文は回避して、冷やし中華(650)のみオーダー。年輩の夫婦の2オペです。びっくりしたのはサービスでおまけがつきまくります。小鉢に沢庵とマカロニサラダ。スープに水餃子。小ライス。
冷やし中華は具材は胡瓜、ハム、錦糸卵、紅生姜という超オーソドックス。味もオーソドックス。しかし作っているお爺ちゃんの愛情を感じる素敵なキタナシュラン町中華でした。次回はもうちょっと早い時間に瓶ビール頼みたいです。ごちそうさまでした。
