水戸駅南口で古くから営業を続ける老舗
江戸御三家にも掲げられる藪の名を冠する店
藪蕎麦らしい濃いめのしょっぱい汁が自慢だ
今回オーダーしたのはざるそば
せいろもあるが、この店はざるがオススメ
めちゃくちゃ良い海苔を使っているのでプラス50円に後悔はしないはず
出てきた蕎麦は平打ち
麺線はそろっておらずバラ付きがあるが、このバラ付きが濃いめのしょっぱい汁と相性が良い
この麺を見ると東京の藪蕎麦とは全く思えないが、汁はびっくりするほど濃厚なカツオに濃口醤油がたっぷり
いつもは蕎麦を1/3くらい汁に浸すのだが、この店なら1/4でいいでも、この濃さが嫌味じゃないのがこの店の特徴だったりする
蕎麦粉に対して、つなぎの小麦多目なのだが、この田舎蕎麦風なところも店の雰囲気にあっていて良い
うどんも同じ窯でゆでているのが、蕎麦自体に少し塩分が入っているようだ
うん！美味しい！
蕎麦湯も少しくたびれたくらいで濃厚
