旅行２日目の昼は水戸。ブックマークしていたこちらに訪問しました。場所は水戸駅の南東。駅南中央通りを南下し、駅南平和公園通りとの交差点で東に曲がって少し行ったところです。
藪そばという名前ですが店構えは町の食堂という感じです。
こちらでは感染対策として入ったところに消毒用アルコール設置、配膳する店員さんのマスク着用が行われていました。
メニューはそば、つまみ、ドリンク以外にうどん、丼もの、定食がある大衆店の構成でした。
私はかき揚げせいろ、友人は例によってビールと特上天ざるを注文。
まずはビールが来ました。
それからしばらく待って到着。
蕎麦はやや白っぽいもの。
ツユは蕎麦徳利に入れられていて自分で蕎麦猪口に注ぐタイプで薬味はネギ、ワサビです。
かき揚げは確認出来た範囲では南瓜、人参、玉葱、葱、ピーマン、さつまいも入り。どうやら野菜だけのようで、かき揚げ用に温かい天ツユも付いて来ました。
味ですが、ツユが江戸の辛汁タイプだったので、蕎麦を少し浸けて食べると丁度良い感じで美味しかったです。
かき揚げは普通でした。
食べ始めて少しすると蕎麦湯が到着。
こちらの蕎麦湯は釜湯タイプ。ツユを割って楽しみました。
全体的には中々良く、水戸に来たら再訪したいと思います。
