移転前からこちらのお店には、たまに行っていたという仕事仲間。一緒にどうですかと誘われ、初めてでしたが行ってみました。
お店は水戸駅南口を出て橋を渡り、セブンイレブンのあるビルとマックの間にありました。
コンテナをつなぎ合わせたような外観ですが、カジュアルワインのお店との看板があります。この辺りは随分通ったはずですが、お店があったなんて全然気がつきませんでした！
入ってみると、お店のなかは思っていたよりも広いです。
天井から吊り下げてある大きなメニューを拝見。
肉料理は、常陸牛コンビーフ、茨城ローズポークソテー、フランス産鴨のコンフィ、馬肉のカルパッチョ、牛タンシチューなど。
魚料理は、ホウボウのカルパッチョ、エイヒレのムニエル、サザエときのこのガーリックバター焼き、エビのアヒージョ、北海アサリのクラムチャウダーなどなど。
その他、ピザやパスタ、ガレット、今日のオムレツ、リュスティックなどの 自家製パン、自家製アイスクリームとメニューは豊富です。
自家製ソーセージとルッコラのピザ、マスターお勧めのスペイン産生ハムをお願いしました。
生ハム美味しいです！お酒が進んじゃいます。ピザは、自家製ソーセージが美味しくて気に入りました。
料理が美味しくて、たまに来ますという仕事仲間お勧めのお店。楽しい時間が過ごせました。
