予約をして開店時間に友人と２人で訪問。席は予約でほぼ埋まってましたのでいかれる方は予約必須です。ちょっと食べすぎましたが、刺身はカツオ等が美味しくマグロは普通。馬刺しはすごく美味しく解凍はどうしてるのか大将にお聞きしたら冷凍ではなく真空パックらしいです。その他の酢の物、天ぷらなどの料理も味付けが繊細で美味しいのですがコロッケだけはスパイシーすぎるのとちょっとしゅっぱいです。お酒は日本酒を中心にお勧めを頂きましたが、店員さんの日本酒の知識がすごいです。酵母などについてもいろいろ教えて説明してくれました。
