水戸市大工町にある居酒屋さんです。
お店の構えは居酒屋さんなんですが、お料理はワンランク上のものが出てきます。お値段もその辺の居酒屋さんよりかは少しお高めなんですが、美味しいからオッケーです。
自分は平日の夜に訪問してみました。
カウンターに着席して、まずはメニューをチェックです。
料理構成は居酒屋というよりかは割烹に近いかな。魅力的で美味しそうなものがラインナップされています。自分は気になったものをいくつか注文してみました。
銀鱈の西京漬け焼き1386円
愛媛のじゃこ天 924円
納豆バクダン 913円
弓豚の麻婆丼 979円
1番おいしかったのは銀鱈の西京漬けかなぁ。ホロホロっとした身。西京味噌の甘くて優しい味がおいしいです。これは日本酒がすすむなぁ〜。
納豆バクダンは、納豆とダイス状にカットされたお刺身をのりで巻いていただくスタイルです。こちらもなかなかグーですよ。
〆の弓豚の麻婆丼もおいしくいただくことができました。お腹いっぱいになりますね。
