まずカツがデカイ、ぶ厚い。
350gぐらいはあるのではないだろうか。
駄菓子のソースカツぐらいカリカリな固めの衣をまとっている。
ソースはやや薄くてスパイシー。
トンカツは醤油派だが、このソースと皿についているケチャップで食べると美味しいかった。
豚肉は肉の香りと脂が濃い目でクドイが米が進む。
お米がボソっとしてそこまで美味しくないの残念。
ジャガイモコロッケにも豚が入って味濃い目。
全体的に料理の腕や味が豪快。
ボリューミーで男性でも腹いっぱいになる量。
コスパは良好。店員さんもハキハキして良い。
