水戸駅近くのうなぎ屋
老舗のようだが店の雰囲気もやや入りずらい
でも、勇気を出して飛び込むと…なんだか暗くキタナシュラン的様相
でも厨房はそこまで汚くないのでやや安心
メニューを見てびっくり
水戸市内ってうな重が基本だが、この店にはうな丼がある
しかもお手頃価格の1,600円（税込）
これは嬉しい!!
というわけで、とりあえずうな丼を注文
ちゃんとオーダーを受けてから焼き始めるので提供は30分くらい待つ感じ
提供されたうな丼の蓋をパッカーンっと開けてみる
うなぎは半身!!
これじゃー不満という人もいるかもしれないが個人的には手軽にうな丼を食べられるならこれで十分
しかもラッキーなことに上半身!!
蒸した鰻を焼く関東風
しっかり甘くてしょっぱいのも水戸らしい
うなぎの厚みや質に関してもこの値段なら文句も出まい
気軽に食べられるということが重要
