令和元年10月 木曜日 12時訪問
笠間市にあった「Q番」という閉店した中華料理のお店。
そちらの人気の担担麺を当時のオーナーから継承したそうです。
夜は居酒屋、昼は定食と担担麺を提供しています。
店内に入るとL字型のカウンター。
老夫婦が経営されていました。
お店の雰囲気も良く、夜も楽しそうなお店です。
○Q番担担麺 750円
注文から10分足らずで配膳。
美味しそうな香りと共に運ばれてきました。
思っていたよりもボリュームがありそうな担担麺。
どんぶりがとにかく大きいです。
まずはスープから。
胡麻が香る担担麺でなく甘辛い味付け。
優しい味付けで呑んだ後にも良さそうです。
麺は中太のちじれ麺。
とろみのあるスープとよく絡んで美味しいです。
麺の硬さは柔らかめ。
お店の雰囲気とスープによく合います。
具はひき肉・刻んだザーサイ・ネギ・青菜。
ひき肉とザーサイはとにかくいっぱいです。
ライスセットがメニューにあるのも納得です。
総じて美味しい担担麺でした。
街中華の担担麺らしい味でした。
夜に来てまったりと呑んで〆に担担麺！！
