なぜか今まで利用したことのなかった水戸プレジデントホテル内にある上海料理のふう。会社の同僚とランチに。ランチの客層は近所の企業の管理職クラスの面々やOLっぽい女子団体など若干年齢層高めなのはホテル内を経由しないと入店できないため敷居が高いかも。
牛腩炒飯ランチ(1320)をオーダー。サラダに搾菜の小鉢、玉子スープがつきます。さらにドリンクバーにデザート(愛玉子と杏仁豆腐)も食べ放題になってます。牛軟炒飯はご飯をターメリックで炒めています。トロトロの牛バラ肉と青梗菜が相まっていてかなり美味しいですね。デザートも愛玉子も杏仁豆腐もその辺のやっつけ中華と大違い。
以前から食べログの点数はそこまで高くないけど美味しいと情報はありましたが、想像の上をいきました。今回の牛腩炒飯は文句なし。食べログでも近々は評価が高くなってるのはシェフが変わったのかな..…
