Restaurants of the Stella Group located on the 9th floor of Keisei Hotel. The exterior looks like something out of a Western movie. I ordered Hamburg and crab claw creamy fries set with a salad bar. The salad bars in Restaurants around Mito are all excellent, but Western Ranch was also pretty good. You should definitely get a salad bar. The salad bar is made of fresh and unusual vegetables picked that morning. There are a wide variety of dressings. The soup is seaweed soup, and I scooped up too many ingredients myself. You can put as much curry on the rice as you like. It's a mild curry that simple children like. You can put three types of sauce on Hamburg steak as you like. I personally like the garlic sauce the best. As the name suggests, it's not a crab cream Croquette but a creamy fries, and the inside was soft and delicious. I wanted to eat Steak, but the salad bar with unusual vegetables is an absolute must.
