1年ぶりになります。
水戸の町中華の人気店です。
駐車場は少し離れた所(2ヶ所)に十数台分有り。
13時過ぎに伺うとほぼ満席。
なんとか空いたカウンターに座れました。
着丼
熱々スープを一口。
塩が利いたしっかりめの味。
動物系に魚介が足されて出汁が じんわりくる飲み飽きない味わい。
微量のフライドガーリックがアクセントに。
良い仕事してます。
ストレート細麺は いい茹で加減。
ダレそうですダレない麺で スープとも合いますね。
具は 鶏肉(ささみ)・味玉・ほうれん草・ネギ・ゴマ・フライドガーリック。
デフォのラーメンとの差額190円(ラーメンが安いし具材も違いますが)分の価値ある一杯。
たまに食べたくなる町中華。
